About You

This world is full of commotion, confusion and distraction. When you take time to quiet the noise around you, and within your own mind, you begin to see things you never knew were there. The direction of your life becomes more intentional. This comes through having a regular mindfulness/meditation practice. Not many people know how to even start this practice or how to look deeper within themselves to find the answers to questions, seek guidance from the infinite storehouse within oneself, or to simply become more connected and balanced. My coaching is based in and around meditation to understand your mind and how it works, creating balance and clarity. I am also an associate coach for The School For Good Living acting as a facilitator of the Life Best Practices curriculum.
