0:05 – Number one: There are two ways to live when it comes to gratitude: You either live with an active appreciation for the people, events and circumstances of your life, or you don’t. Ultimately, it’s a choice to live either way, and if you don’t consciously choose to live the first way, you are in effect making the choice to live the second way.
0:24 – Number two: Gratitude is an anabolic or life-giving emotion.
0:29 – Number three: Gratitude displaces catabolic or life-destroying emotions.
0:35 – Number four: Experiencing and expressing gratitude is first a choice and second a skill.

Number one: Cultivate a willingness to look for gifts and blessings in everything – including in the most difficult aspects and experiences in your life.
